Assistant Business Admin. Executive

The Job :

  1. Provide routine office administrative, accounting and clerical support duties as required
  2. Support of reimbursement staff expense, data entry, stock movement report, etc.
  3. purchasing, office supplies, facilities & printing stationeries
  4. handle equipment/assets/office maintenance
  5. outdoor service arrangement
  6. Weekly and monthly reports update
  7. Marketing database management
  8. Development and enhancement of various system programming for sales booking processing and sales analysis
  9. Co-operate closely with cross departments to ensure the smooth daily operation
  10. To assist in other ad hoc tasks / projects whenever nece


  1. staff benefits (handle leave & medical claims follow up)
  2. staff attendance, OT record & OT compensation
  3. Recruitment arrangement
  4. new staff on board & staff resignation follow up
  5. freelancer & temp/part-time staff payment
  6. Weekly and monthly reports update

The Person :

  1. F.7 or above
  2. At least 3 year’s accounting/sales admin experience, work in media/advertising agency/ is preferable
  3. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  4. Familiar with PC software of Chi & Eng Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  5. Good command of both written & oral English with independent Chi & Eng correspondence
  6. Mature, Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  7. Able to work under pressure & hardworking
