About MTR In-train TV

MTR* In-train TV is delivered on board trains of MTR East Rail Line, West Rail Line, Ma On Shan Line, Kwun Tong Line (Trains equipped with LCD screens) and South Island Line, that was known as the Passenger Information Display System (PIDS). The system was designed to provide audio-visual messages to passengers, including train operation messages and vital information during emergency; for the sake of securing the performance level of MTR services, it is maintained to be reliable with outstanding delivery quality.
